Processing time varies depending on order load, but is updated below weekly. Please note processing time does not include shipping transit time. We can only estimate delivery dates, we do not guarantee any arrival dates. Please order with enough time before your event. For rush orders, please contact us before placing the order for possible rush accomodations. All processing times are business days, which are Monday-Friday and exclude Federal Holidays.
💛 BALLOON ARTIST BALLOONS AND SUPPLIES: Orders placed before 10am PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 10am PST will ship the next business day when ordered without handmade or DIY products. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours of when the order is placed to provide you with options.

Customs and Import Taxes

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and event nature of our products and for health safety concerns of products being able to blown via the mouth, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations.

Can I cancel my order?
Everything in the shop is handmade or custom packaged to order. We often times start working on certain parts of orders once an order comes in. Therefore, I do not accept cancellations due to failure to read stated processing times, or for failure to contact me prior to placing a rush order. If you have questions, please contact me prior to ordering.
Cancellation of local events:
We understand that emergencies happen, and at times, local events need a change of date. We try our best to always work around schedule changes in these circumstances. When a date for install needs to be revised or changed, we always ask that our customers contact us at least four days before the event.
Canceled events are subject to a planning coordinator fee and a 20% fee of total service cost, and all other funds get returned in the form of original payment. The customer will receive a return notification vía email with the details and an automated notice when the refund is processed.
All custom and special ordered balloons are non-refundable.
